School Enrollment - 2,093
Dutch Fork High School is an award-winning school that offers a comprehensive curriculum for students in grades 9-12. Curriculum areas offered include college preparatory, gifted and talented, career and technology, and special education. 21 AP courses are offered along with 3 college credit courses. A 4-Year pre-engineering program, “Project Lead the Way”, is part of the curriculum.

The Science,Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) program accelerates and enriches learning experiences for students who are academically gifted in science and mathematics and have expressed an interest in a STEM related major or career. The program is an institutional member of the National Consortium of Specialized Secondary Schools of Math, Science, and Technology. Established in 1988, NCSSSMST (or S3 for short) includes more than 100 institutional member specialized secondary schools and programs that prepare students for leadership in STEM (science, engineering, mathematics, and technology) and serves more than 1500 professionals and 40,000 students.

There are also more than 100 affiliate members (colleges, universities, corporations, nonprofits, and others) who support our members’ visions of transformative STEM education.

S3 provides a forum for members to evolve relationships and for member professionals to collaborate. We organize annual fall student conferences, spring professional conferences, and summer student research symposia, all hosted/supported by members.
